A woman fights for her life after she 'falls from a moving car that did not stop', the police confirmed.
The Hertfordshire police said that the nameless woman fell out of a BMW on Oounle Avenue in Bushey on January 29 at about 9.20 pm.
Shaun Colvin, 34, is accused of serious physical injury to intention, not stopping a collision of traffic and not reporting a traffic collision.
The police say that the female victim was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital before treatment.
She stays in a critical condition and has sustained several skull fractures.

Colvin will be released on St Albans Crown Court for a pre-trial preparation hearing on Monday 3 March
After extensive work by detectives, Colvin was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
Detective sergeant Mario Toumazou said: 'Colvin was sent back to the prison prior to his next court.
“The suspect and the victim are known together and I hope that this news is reassuring the public that we take reports from violence against women and girls seriously.”
Colvin will be released on St Albans Crown Court for a pre-trial preparation hearing on Monday 3 March.
