‘Public poopers’ who shamelessly relieve themselves on the streets of a popular Sydney suburb have been scolded by a dog owner who has had enough.

Julia Sakr regularly walks her fluffy white dogs around Bondi, on the beach in the city’s east, and has lately been sickened by what she has found.

The Bondi resident said she knows it’s “human s***” because her two dogs “come up to it” and then start eating it “like a ‘delicacy’.”

“The number of times I’ve had to remove human s*** from their fur is more than the fingers I have in both hands,” she said in an TikTok video.

Ms Sakr said Bondi pooers chose to empty their bowels into gutters, allowing them to use the curb as a ‘place to sit on’.

“The locations where these turds are located are very ergonomic places,” she said.

“Like they sat down and did it for convenience.”

Ms Sakr suspected that it was the early morning joggers who were responsible, as this must have happened at a time when no one was in sight, and the urge must have come on suddenly given the apparent lack of planning.

‘What I want to know is why are there so many s****ers in Bondi?’ she said.

‘It’s a serious question. Is everyone so healthy and they go running and they have to do what they do so they just do it where they are?

“Second, if that’s the case, do you just walk around with shit between your buttocks?

“You haven’t even wiped yourself and you clearly haven’t washed your ass either.”

Several commenters under Ms Sakr’s videos claimed to have previously caught runners defecating, with one calling for people to wear ‘jogger bags’ as dog owners are required to do.

“I caught two people doing this in Bondi, both were runners,” said one.

‘The urge can come on powerfully and without warning while running. I get the same thing on the elliptical, but luckily it’s at home, 10 feet from the toilet,” wrote another.

“I promise this has always been a Bondi thing, even when I was a kid. [It’s] why I left Bondi as an adult,” said another.

‘They must all be early morning fitness freaks. There are no shops open and no public toilets,” wrote another.

Public defecation is not a new phenomenon in Sydney.

Daily Mail Australia previously exposed a gang of ‘poo joggers’ who had no qualms about defecating in public locations while running.

At the time, clinical psychologist Dr Grant Brecht revealed that some perpetrators find public defecation ‘exciting’, while others may suffer from mental health or stomach problems.

Public defecation and urination is classified as offensive conduct in NSW.

People caught defecating in a public place could face a maximum prison sentence of three months and/or a $660 fine.

The police also have the authority to issue fines on the spot.
