Dead Island 2 is the headliner in this month’s Game Catalog offering. Dambuster Studios’ action RPG, released last year, tasks players with defeating as many zombies as possible and escaping LA –– or Hell-A –– as the game calls it. You crash into the city of dreams, which quickly turns into a city of nightmares after a zombie virus drives LA’s crazed residents into undead madness. Players must craft and upgrade a variety of melee weapons, from baseball bats to samurai swords, to break through the horde and find a way out of Hollywood. There are also guns in Dead Island 2, but punching zombies in the face is just more fun. The game will be available on both PS4 and PS5.

Sequel to Two Point Hospital, where you cover the complicated inner workings of a hospital, Two Point Campus shifts the setting to a college campus. In this business sim you build and manage the campus brick by brick, expand the facilities and ensure that it is the ideal destination for students. You may develop different departments, organize events, organize sporting events, hire staff and ensure that the university functions smoothly. It’s October and we’re in the middle of spooky season and approaching Halloween. A number of horror game remakes have already been released this month – Silent Hill 2 and Until Dawn. And if you want something similar, The Devil in Me is coming to the PS Plus games catalog soon. The interactive survival horror game is part of ‘The Dark Pictures Anthology’ and is the fourth and final game of the first season of the series. The Devil in Me features five playable protagonists – members of a documentary film crew filming an episode of their series. They are invited to a remote island for the shoot and soon realize that the place is littered with deadly traps. As with other interactive titles from Supermassive Games, The Devil in Me features a branching storyline, with multiple possibilities and endings. The players’ choices ultimately determine the fate of the characters. The game will be released on PS Plus for both PS4 and PS5.
