The police in Germany launched a manhunt for an armed teenager after he had focused a girl at her school this morning, local media reports.
Riot Cops and a helicopter would be looking for the suspect in the center of the city of Hagen, North Rhine-Westfalen.
Elite heavily armed police surrounded the Liselotte-Funcke school building after he was warned this morning and protected the students against the attacker, reports Bild.
The alleged attacker is considered a 17-year-old boy who was a student at another school.
The 15-year-old girl who was the target would have been the boy's ex-girlfriend, the German news site reported.
He previously showed one of his classmates a gun and told them that he wanted to go to the school of his ex-girlfriend to kill her, it is reported.
The girl is now safe and with the police, a police spokesperson said, adding that she helps with their investigation.
