Authorities are looking for a young father who was caught on video on dumping his newborn baby on the street wrapped in a plastic bag.
Surveillance images showed that the non -created man in a backpack reached to remove plastic bag with the baby boy in it.
He is then seen to examine the area before he places the bag on the floor with a parked car.
The horrible incident took place on Tuesday in the Mexican city of Tultitlán.
A video obtained by Mexican News Network Tele Diario showed paramedics who treat the baby while being taken to the hospital.
The baby recovers and stands under the custody of the national system of Mexico for integral family development.
The mother of the baby, whose name has been withheld, told the Mexican television news network Telediario that she was five months pregnant and was going to give birth at work.
She said that she initially felt a sharp spasm near her belly and went to the bathroom, where she noticed she was bleeding.

“After bleeding the baby came out … Then I panicked and didn't know what to do,” said the young mother.
She remembered that her 'ears ring' and that 'everything was blurry' when she started weakening.
“I gave him his father so he could help me see what we could do with him and he told me he would take him,” she said.
She said she initially thought that her friend would take him to the hospital just to discover on social media that he had dumped him on the street.
The woman told the exhaust valve that she is not under criminal investigation, but was not told if and when she will get custody of her son.
The state of the attorney general of Mexico leads the research.
She expressed his concern about the safety of her family and herself after users of social media started posting photos of her and her boyfriend, of whom she has not seen or heard since Tuesday.
