She revealed via TikTok that she was extremely stressed at work and noticed a real change in her appearance after quitting her job.

She added that she also drank five cups of coffee a day, which she said left her looking “haggard”.

The skincare expert also used to not have enough protein in her diet, which is needed for the skin to produce collagen and stay plump.

And to make her skin even more supple and stretchy, Aurora uses collagen powder, which you can buy from Amazon for £19.

Aurora also swears by Eversio Wellness Everglow capsules that deliver moisture from within to the skin.

“Because my skin was extremely dehydrated and stressed, I really started investing in my skin care,” she says.

The skincare fan raved about Clearstem Bounceback Serum, which costs £75.

“It’s a little pricey, but they say it’s Botox in a bottle and I believe it 100% because it’s the only anti-aging serum I’ve ever used where I noticed a difference.”

Although retinol is often used as an anti-aging agent, Aurora prefers natural products.

  • Do things you enjoy every day – whether that’s cooking, seeing friends or enjoying a good book
  • Stay hydrated: Drink six to eight cups of water per day
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to lower your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, eat beans, legumes, fish, eggs and meat to help your body recover after an injury, starchy carbohydrates for energy, dairy products to keep bones strong
  • Manage long-term health problems to prevent them from worsening or having a greater impact on your health
  • Stop smoking and reduce alcohol intake to a maximum of 14 units per week
  • Make mental health a priority and make sure you get treatment for it as it can impact physical health too
