A MODEL dubbed the ‘perfect woman’ by Playboy has revealed her top secret to keeping her body looking its best.
Janaína Prazeresfrom Brazil, revealed she spends £9,200 a month having salmon sperm injected into her bum.
The 35-year-old has more than 600,000 followers online and recently revealed that she spends a whopping £9,200 ($12,000) a month on what she calls her ‘bum bum care routine’.
Janaina said: “The technique involves applying the semen via micro-needling, which promises to firm and rejuvenate the skin.
“But I don’t undergo this procedure every now and then, like most people. For me, it’s a daily ritual. There are no breaks.”

The procedure is claimed to increase collagen and keratinocyte production, making the skin thicker, healthier and more hydrated.
It is also said to help with acne, pigment spots, red veins, rosacea and inflammation.
She added: “I think even before I was named the World’s Perfect Woman by Playboy, I was already taking care of that part.
“But it’s exciting to know that I can use salmon sperm to make it even better.”
Although the model loves her daily routine, she has admitted that her intense self-care routine is problematic in romantic relationships.
She revealed: “It takes me hours to get ready. Once a date waited about two hours, which is reasonable for me. But he messaged me saying it was unacceptable.”
For now, she plans to continue using the salmon sperm injections and attend daily appointments.
Janaína was previously named ‘the perfect woman’ by Playboy and believes this title turns off potential suitors who see her only as an object.
She said: “Men only judge you because you are beautiful. It’s like you can’t be both intelligent and beautiful. You have to be one or the other.”
She previously claimed that she has spent a total of around £750,000 on her quest to look perfect.
What is collagen?
- Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and provides strength and structure to the skin and muscles
- It plays an important role in maintaining the elasticity and hydration of the skin
- As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles, sagging skin and reduced skin firmness
- Collagen production begins to decline in your mid-20s and early 30s. By age 40 it has dropped dramatically
It’s important to note that while collagen-based skin care products can provide benefits, their effectiveness can vary greatly.
Some experts suggest that topical application of collagen may have limited effectiveness compared to other skin care ingredients that stimulate collagen production in the skin.
She said: “People expect me to always be flawless. Every little mistake becomes a reason for criticism.
“For example, if I don’t have makeup on, I get comments that I look like a completely different person.
“The anticipation is not only tiring, but also allows me to live a more carefree and spontaneous life.
