A nine-year-old girl was shot outside her Sydney house by ruthless gangsters who were looking for her father.
The shocking incident took place when the young person helped bring the groceries into the house – where the girl of the girl braved a hail bullets to drag her bleeding daughter in.
The few murderers was contracted to kill the father of the girl who was involved in a drug syndicate, and when he was not at the address, one of the men got out of their BMW and opened the fire on an unsuspecting group of children.
It was shortly after 5.30 pm on July 8, 2022, when the shooter was at the end of the driveway, five shots shot at the group that stood by the front door, judicial documents seen by the state of Saturday Telegraph.
One bullet hit the girl in the hip and left the other side.
The girl's mother, who packed within the groceries, saw her daughter falling on the floor through the glass door and ran out while the shots continued.
The mother said that her daughter 'did not respond' and paramedics hurried her to the Sydney Children's Hospital for emergency surgery. She survived but went through a year of rehabilitation and now has a weak and uses an ileostomy bag.
The incident, one of the most terrible in the gang war that has taken place in Sydney in recent years, was unveiled after he hired, Hassan Oseneli, 24, guilty of two charges last week.

Oseli intended to dispute the accusations of shooting with the intention of killing and conspiracy to kill, but changed his plea.
His co-delinquent Mahmoud Rizk, 36, in 2023, guilty of conspiracy argued to kill and cause serious physical injury and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
There was a GAG order to prevent reporting on the incident until both cases were completed.
The couple left a trail of evidence that detectives led to them.
After they had fled the BMW and set fire to the BMW, they were planning to change cars to a mini -Cooper who had been parked in a nearby street for days.
That car would not start.
Instead, they fled on foot in Bushland when the police searched the area in a helicopter.
The police later found the mini with bottles of gasoline, windex and bleach in it, along with a lighter with DNA van Rizk on it.
A Balaclava, gun and mobile phone were found days later in Parklands in the suburb of Southern Sydney van Oatley.
The phone contained a coded chat in which the two hired weapons discussed the hit with a third person.

In the coded chat, the third person told the couple to make sure they had a clean shot and that the target was a 'thick f ** k' that could not 'move' quickly.
The hit went nauseous one of the couple wrote in the chat that father 'was not even there' and they 'shot a fat boy'.
“Did you touch the child?” The third person answered.
“How did the F *** k happen?”
Rizk was arrested in Oatley in the night of the shooting and Oseli was arrested about ten days later.
Oseli returns to the court for conviction on 26 February.
