Man detained over threat message to Salman – Times of India

HAVERI: Haveri police on Wednesday arrested a 32-year-old man for allegedly threatening Bollywood actor Salman Khan and asking him to cough up Rs 5 crore if he wanted to stay alive. Bikha Ram alias Vikram, who identified himself as the brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, sent the threatening message to the traffic control unit of Mumbai Police via WhatsApp on Tuesday. “If Salman Khan wants to stay alive, he should go to our temple (Bishnoi community) and apologize or pay Rs 5 crore.
