President Donald Trump's envoy has furiously awakened European leaders after they were told that they would be excluded from the peace talks of Ukraine-Russia, so that Emmanuel Macron calls an emergency top.
US Special Presidential Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, 80, has encouraged Europe to participate in the conversation about the conflict in Ukraine-Russia, but ultimately said they will not have a final word in the resolution.
“That is not going to happen,” he said at the safety conference of Munich on Saturday.
'And to my European friends, I would say: come in the debate, not by complaining that you could be at the table, but by concrete proposals, ideas, [defense] expenditure. '
Kellogg defended the position of the US to keep the meeting small, which stated that the meeting included the meeting too many countries and no agreement was concluded.
However, many European leaders are concerned about the fact that they are excluded from the conversation because of the fear that the decision will influence their countries directly and negative.
French President Emmanuel Macron, 47, holds a emergency top in Paris with European leaders on Sunday to discuss the case, said Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that there is “no time to lose” and leaders must meet immediately to discuss a plan.

Zensky also warned President Trump not to deal with Vladimir Putin 'behind our back' when it comes to the future of Ukraine.
During Munich's safety conference, he said: “I believe that time has come to create a forces of Europe. Only money will not stop an enemy attack.
“It's not just about budgets, it's about people realizing that they have to defend their own house.”
We need this so that “decisions about Europe are made in Europe,” Zensky added.
The Ukrainian leader refers to a telephone conversation between Trump and Putin, after which the Republican president said that the two would probably meet to negotiate a peace agreement.

Trump later assured Zensky that he too would have a chair at the table to end the war that was fueled by the full invasion of Russia in Ukraine in 2022.
“Ukraine will never accept deals behind our back without our involvement, and the same rule must apply to all over Europe,” said Zensky.
“A few days ago President Trump told me about his conversation with Putin. Not once he said that America needs Europe at the table. That says a lot.
“The old days are over when America supported Europe only because it had always done.”
Zensky stated that “three years of full war has proven that we already have the basis for a united European military force.”
And the presence of the NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte in the audience, Zensky explained that his idea 'not about replacing the alliance'.
“This is about making Europe's contribution to our partnership equal to America,” said the Ukrainian leader.
