HBO's The White Lotus returned on Sunday with the season 3 premiere, and it already had fans who had been thrown away quite a bit by a potential gay incestuous storyline.
The show is set in a fictional luxury resort, in which every season participated in a different resort, according to a completely new set of guests and employees.
This season takes place in Thailand, where the premiere is the introduction of the rich characters that fans will follow, including the Ratliff family.
Patriarch Timothy (Jason Isaacs) is a rich businessman, who reveals early that he brought the whole family to Thailand, so that his daughter Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook) could interview a Buddhist monk for her university thesis.
Timothy is also accompanied by his wife Victoria (Parker Posey) and their sons Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger) and Lochlan (Sam Nivola).

By the start of the episode, the family is talking about their place, which has three rooms, which means that two of the brothers and sisters had to share.
Piper said she would share her room with the youngest child Lochlan, but Saxon insisted that it was 'strange' when a brother and sister sleep in the same room if they have 'full -grown genitals'.
Lochlan and Saxon eventually share a room that became incredibly uncomfortable towards the end of the episode.
Saxon later said that his sister Piper was 'pretty hot', but he does not think she has had sex because he thinks she will pursue a Buddhist life.
Then he asks his younger brother what kind of porn he likes, but Lochlan just laughs at it while Saxon wonders how he will jerk him off with him all week.
