Candice Bergen's husband Marshall Rose died at the age of 88.
The husband of the Sex and the City Star, which she married in 2000, died peacefully at home in New York surrounded by loved ones on Saturday 15 February.
He died of complications with Parkinson's disease after 'many years of extraordinary power and resilience', read an online death advertisement.
The real estate magnate and philanthropist are survived by Candice; his children Wendi and Andrew; His stepdaughter Chloe; And his grandchildren Alexander, Clio, Ell, Milo, Arthur and Alice.
Bergen, 78, was previously married to film director Louis Malle from 1980 until his death by cancer in 1995. They share one daughter, Chloe, 40.
Life-long New Yorker Marshall was born in Brighton Beach in 1937.
