A £1 Poundland buying course for your Christmas windows, you don’t have to be artsy
IF you’re looking for an easy way to decorate your windows this Christmas, then this hack might be for you.
With just one Poundland purchase you can instantly take your home decor up a notch this festive season.
In her viral videoa TikTok user (@weihnachten_weihnachten) demonstrated the simple trick for her followers.
She started by applying masking tape in a grid panel that mimics the panels on her window.
For her next step, the TikToker used the Bloom & Bloss Christmas Snow Spray, available for just £1 from Poundland.
She sprayed the fake snow along the masking tape so that it covered part of the glass on either side.

She then held an empty wine glass a short distance from her window.
The TikTok user then sprayed the wine glass and her hand with the fake snow.
This created the outline of her hand holding the glass on the window glass.
She also removed the masking tape to reveal the straight lines that gave the illusion of snow-covered panels.
The content creator pointed out that the decor trick was ideal for anyone who isn’t particularly artsy.
It also only took her a few minutes to complete it.
She repeated the step of the wine glass on the other side of the window, mirroring the first outline.
This created the illusion that two people were enjoying a festive drink together.
She turned off her lights to show her audience what the trick looked like with her candles on.
The woman also held up a drink alongside her friend to mimic the setting.
TikTok users shared their thoughts on the decor hack in the comments section.
How do you care for your real Christmas tree?
HERE’S what you need to know when buying a real Christmas tree:
First things first: buy a jar (if it isn’t already in).
You should treat your tree like a houseplant and give it water and attention.
Make sure the container has good drainage. It’s a good idea to put something underneath to catch the excess water.
Check the soil every day to make sure it is not drying out.
If it feels dry, give it some water. If it still feels damp, leave it alone as too much water can also kill a tree.
Also check that the LED bulbs of your tree lights are not too hot, as this can burn them, and keep your tree away from radiators.
Once Christmas is over, try planting it in the garden so you can dig it up and use it again next year.
However, it is a good idea to remove it from the pot when you replant it, as large trees do not survive well in pots as their roots need room to grow.
“I remember this as a kid and every time the windows fogged up the next year you would see it again,” one viewer wrote.
“What a great idea!! Thank you,” said another impressed follower.
“There are so many easy DIY Christmas decors, I’m going crazy this year,” said a third person.
“Okay, but this reminds me of the holiday parties in elementary school when they sprayed the windows,” said another commenter.
“WHAT??! This is so creative,” one TikTok user wrote.
