Trump continues FAA firing rampage as liberals blasted for blaming him for plane crashes: Live updates

The transport department of Donald Trump fired around 400 federal aviation administration staff in recent days.

Secretary Sean Duffy spoke to the massive dismissal on X last night after another harrowing plane crash in Toronto that Democrats had the fault of Trump quickly.

'Here is the truth: only the FAA has no fewer than 45,000 employees. Less than 400 were released and they were all probationary period, which means that they were hired less than a year ago. Zero air traffic controllers and critical security staff were released, “he said.

He shot back after the former SEC of Biden. Pete Buttentigedrijt pressed him to explain why FAA staff was fired.

Sarah Ewall-Wice, Senior US Political Reporter:

The Senate returns on Tuesday where legislators will continue in the confirmation process for two of the nominees of President Trump.

The Senate will have a procedural vote tonight about the choice of Trump to serve as FBI director Kash Patel.

The controversial nominee removed from the committee last week, despite the indignation of Democrats who accused him of confusing himself during his confirmation hearing, he noticed that he had an 'list of enemy' and undermined the agency and lacked the experience to lead the FBI.

Now the entire Senate is given a say about his confirmation with a procedural vote today after the committee's voice has landed along party lines.

If he gets a majority of votes in the entire Senate to continue, he could already be confirmed this week.

Even today, the Senate will vote to confirm Howard Lutnick, who is Trump's choice for the trade secretary. He is expected to be confirmed this evening and can even get some dual support.

The Doge van Elon Musk finds $ 4.7 trillion to Treasury payments on non -traceable budget line

The Ministry of Government Efficiency of Elon Musk discovered $ 4.7 trillion to Treasury payments from the United States on a non -traceable budget line.

The agency announced on Monday that the Treasury Access symbol, which is used to describe the bill to which the money is linked, was missing a number of payments that the Ministry of Finance has made.

“In the federal government, the bag -field was optional for around $ 4.7 trillion in payments and was often left empty, making traceability almost impossible,” Post Doge on X.

Maga -Loyalists tear in 'malignant' Europeans who threaten to never give Trump a Nobel Prize in peace

Supporters of Donald Trump responded on Monday to a threat of a European leader who warned him that they were those who had controlled the recipient of the Nobel Prize in Peace.

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski spoke about Trump's attempts to achieve a peace between Russia and Ukraine, on the Security Summit of Munich.

Sikorski warned Trump not to give too much respect to Russia during the peace negotiations to end the war.

Elon Musk caused liberal collapse on obtaining 'sensitive' data, but what does his nerd army actually have accessible?

Democrats express dismay with Elon Musk and his young doge 'nerd army' after they had asked the most sensitive IRS data of Americans.

The IRS keeps data on Sofi numbers, bank information, tax returns and more – all sensitive data that Americans usually keep private to prevent them from being fraud.

Democrats now sound the alarm that DOGE can possibly comb through those personal data from everyday Americans.

“I want to save billions of your money and make our government more efficient,” Senator John Fetterman, D-Pa., Placed on X about Musk's efforts to infiltrate the IRS. 'By letting your personal S *** browse out*is not*that. A group of chaos loses – always. '

Despite all the chatter about the access from Doge to the sensitive IRS data, there is no indications that the Musk team has been given the files that so many Democrats are worried about.

Musk's team of twenty -year -old nerds has not been able to access sensitive data in the Treasury Department, which supervises the IRS because their efforts have stopped in court.

Sean Duffy fires back to Pete Buttigieg about FAA shooting

Mayor Pete failed for four years to tackle the shortage of the air traffic controller and to upgrade our outdated Air traffic control system from the Second World War. In less than four weeks we have already started the process and we are busy with the smartest spirits in the whole world.

Here is the truth: only the FAA has no fewer than 45,000 employees. Less than 400 were released and they were all probationary period, which means that they were hired less than a year ago. Zero air traffic controllers and critical security staff were released.

Mayor Pete chose to use this great department -which is so crucial for the success of America -as a slush fund for the green new scam and environmental justice zonzin. Not to mention the fact that more than 90% of the staff worked from home under his leadership – including him. The building was empty!

When we finally get a full accounting of his mismanagement, I look forward to hearing him. In the meantime, I will not rest before I bring the Ministry of Transport and its incredible employees back to the mission of efficiency and safety.
