Redmi K70 Ultra is all set to launch in China later this month. Xiaomi’s sub-brand has confirmed the arrival of the new Redmi K-series smartphone in its home country via Weibo. The company has also shared posters on the Chinese microblogging platform, which reveal the rear panel of the smartphone. The Redmi K70 Ultra will feature a triple camera setup on the back, which consists of a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Xiaomi could be gearing up to unveil the Mix Fold 4 and Xiaomi Mix Flip during the same launch event.
Official teaser images of Redmi K70 Ultra are out
The Redmi K70 Ultra, also known as Extreme Edition, will be launched in China in July, the company reports. announced on Weibo. The brand has been teasing the Ice Glass colour variant of the phone with its curved edges and glass back. It is confirmed to feature a metal mid-frame. The official renders suggest that the upcoming phone will feature a triple camera setup on the back, led by a 50-megapixel primary camera that carries support for optical image stabilization.
The teasers confirm a 1.5K AMOLED display with minimal bezels and a 144Hz refresh rate for the Redmi K70 Ultra. The display is said to offer 3,840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and unified DC dimming. It is said to reduce flicker in low-light conditions and offer more eye protection while watching football and playing games at night.
However, Redmi hasn’t revealed the exact launch date of the Redmi K70 Ultra. It is expected to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC.

Meanwhile, tipster Sahil Karoul (@KaroulSahil) Posted a promotional image that revealed the date and time of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, Xiaomi Mix Flip, and Redmi K70 Ultra event. The tipster claims that the devices will debut in China on July 18, alongside the Mi Band 9.
Xiaomi confirmed earlier this week that the Mix Flip will launch alongside the Mix Fold 4 later in July. The new phones will be the first devices to come out of Xiaomi’s new Smart Factory in Changping, Beijing, and are expected to be sold in global markets outside of China. The Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 and Mix Fold 3 will only be available in China.
