Lara Trump reveals surprising extent of Barron’s shadowy influence over his father

Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump has said his son Barron deserves “serious credit” for his father’s election win.

Lara, 42, who is married to Eric Trump, had spoken Patrick Bet-David on his podcast when she made the comments about her younger brother-in-law.

She said to Beth-David, “Barron Trump is so cool. He is like the sleeper. He has deliberately stayed out of the spotlight.

“Barron makes us all look so small. He’s very smart, very entertaining, he’s his father’s son.

“He is going to do really incredible things, I often traveled with my father-in-law in the car during the campaign.”

“Barron will call and say, ‘Dad, I have an idea how to get more votes, you should go to this baseball stadium’ or something like that.”

‘He’s always throwing out ideas. We seriously need to give Barron credit.”

Barron is rarely seen in public, but is credited with helping his father earn the “bro voice” by having him participate in some podcast interviews.

He is credited with leading the so-called “Bro Vote” movement that secured his father’s unprecedented election victory by acting as his unofficial podcast advisor.

The freshman was “very involved” in selecting the podcasts on which the former president would appear.

He was the one who urged him to sit down with video game streamer Adin Ross and Joe Rogan, who hosts the world’s most popular podcast.

In addition to appearing on podcasts, Trump also won over the hyper-masculine voice by attending football games and UFC fights and tapping into young men’s interests in alternative banking by launching his own cryptocurrency company.

According to analysis of CIRCLETrump managed to secure 56 percent of the votes of young men this election.

That was an increase from 15 percent, when 41 percent supported the president-elect in 2020.

Barron was also reportedly a driving force behind the crypto decision.

Bet-David has spoken about the teen before, including after an interaction he had with him.

After filming a podcast with boxer Ryan Garcia, Bet-David said he was impressed with the way the teenager handled himself.

He said: ‘The more time I spend with Baron Trump, the more impressed I am with him. The most interesting 18 year old I’ve met.’

Bet-David said that after the podcast ended, Barron walked him to his car and said, “He’s staying there and he’s walking with us. He says, “I’ll walk you to your car.”

He said he was surprised that “the son of a billionaire who is president” offered to take him to his car.

‘He’s at work [in] customer service,” he said. “He walks us to our car, and he stays there until we get in the car to leave.”

The businessman claimed Barron then started gushing over his father, saying he would “never come close” to his achievements in life.

He claimed that Barron told him, “Look, no matter what I do, no matter what my brothers do, no matter how much money we make, our success will never come close to what our father had to do, because he really had a hard life . .’

“Not us, we had an easy life,” he added, according to Bet David, who said the interaction made him feel like Barron was a “boy’s boy.”

The teenager has just started at New York University’s Stern School of Business and is being touted by some as the next Trump to lead the country.

The slogan ‘Barron Trump President 2044’ is already so established that you can buy badges with the message on eBay.

After Trump’s election victory, the teenager was spotted at Mar-a-Lago with his family.

His father rarely divulges personal information about his youngest son, but recently did so.

When Bet-David asked if he was “good with the students at school,” the president-elect replied, “I’m not sure if he is – I don’t think he’s had a girlfriend yet.”

Trump continued, “I don’t think so. Every now and then… he looks good when he talks about his 6-foot-2 son.
