A retired couple watched dismay while CCTV showed them live images of the land of their neighbors' their garden while they were thousands of kilometers away in Australia.
Rosa Bell, 67, and her husband Murray, 72, were shocked to see that builders are removing their border fence, digging up their terrace and down their barn while visiting their daughter on the other side of the world.
The bitter dispute arose when the clocks initially made an extension on the side of their Surrey house with three beds and expressed concern about the overhanging gutter of their neighbors.
However, this row escalated to new heights when the couple visited their daughter they had not seen since the COVID-19 Pandemie.
While they were gone, their neighbors, mentioned in legal documents such as Huy Eng and Michael Myers, claimed 1.2 meters at one end of their garden and 76 cm at the other.
Despite their protests against both the city council and the police, the clocks could not reclaim their country and took the case behind, although the civil court.
Both sets of neighbors have since received their own border surveys, each of which suggests where the official lines are drawn.
These unclear findings are due to the 'raw' deeds of the building that came from the 1930s and the actual boundary lines of the house do not clearly display.

Mrs. Bell said that the couple failed in their judicial bid for damage, but still for an official legal decision awaiting who the country owns.
Mrs. Bell described the 'stressful situation' that she and her husband had to endure, said: 'We both retired and bought this beautiful house that would be home forever.
'But we have encountered such a nasty situation with the neighbors to move their border screens to our property without an application for the court or agreement with us.
'We were gone to visit our daughter in Australia and they were able to invade our property, plants, trees, scrubs.
'We have tried to do everything to do justice. We have done surveys and spent a lot of money – but these people have just taken the law into their own hands.
'There have been no consequences for them – they broke in our garden, moved the barn and threw everything for the doors of our kitchen terrace.
“I don't understand. This is a living hell. Our only option seems to spend a fortune on the reimbursements of the lawyers to combat it '.
After bought what they thought their 'Forever Home' would be for £ 670k in 2019, the clocks did not meet their neighbors until that first planning application for their extension was submitted.
That was when it went 'sour', according to Mrs. Bell, who added that the journey of the couple was 'spoiled' under the entire test.
'We saw everything they did on the camera when we were on the other side of the world.
'One day they would do one thing, they would do something else. It was as if they teased us, knowing that we were so far away, “said Mrs. Bell.

Mrs. Bell claimed that their neighbors started downing their border fence and reducing all their trees and shrubs in December 2022.
After the fence was removed, contractors started 'nibbling' to their garden and even working work under the cover of darkness.
A whole maple was cut and one man was seen on the camera that cut her apple tree branches, with the new gate then founded by their neighbors who tried to claim their new border.
Four months later the clocks reacted by bringing the fence down and building a new one on the previous boundary lines.
However, when the family was gone in June, their neighbors hit again and brought the gate back to their version of the boundary lines.
“It's a lot of land. They claimed that they had a border investigation, but a border researcher does not give them the right or the power to move a border that has been in situ for more than 40 years, “said Mrs. Bell.
'They must submit an application to the court or have an agreement with us. There is none of them. They claim that their surveyor has instructed them.
'We have engaged lawyers and have already spent a lot of money. The original acts states that our plot was 40 ft at the back. She based everything on this. We have different assignments and have done surveys that see that the plot extends, right in ours and theirs.
'The very old actions were built on the land before a property was built. It just says there is 40 ft at the back – and she said, “That is all we are going to give you.”
“Who makes such a decision? Everything is done when we are not and they wait until we leave.
'The police or the Council will not participate because it is a civil case, so we must detect legal advice. They broke up patios in our barn, and left everything in such a mess. We could hardly walk into the garden '.
Mrs. Bell also claimed all the efforts to resolve the situation, amicably with the neighbors had fallen from deaf ears.
She added: 'They won't be busy. We have tried mediation, but they ignore everything, including letters from our lawyers. As far as they are concerned, they did what they did and nothing happened to them.
'What else can we do? I just feel that our voice is not being heard.
'We feel terribly frustrated and very sad about the whole situation. We just want to move now and leave here, but we can't sell while this is going on. '

Legal articles regarding the case make a statement that the original border fence had been accepted by both parties as the legal border '
The newspapers added that the Bells saw their application in September 2020 to build their new granted side extension and prior to the start of the work they tried to agree the position of the border.
They then received a report from surveyors in November 2020, but this was disputed by the Myers who obtained their own report that alternative boundary lines proposed.
The legal documents show that the Myers subsequently stated that their intention to move the fence to the position in this report.
In December 2022, the Myers, via contractors, moved the existing fence between the properties to adjust to their survey, while the clocks were abroad and without their knowledge or permission, the papers, the papers.
In May 2023 the clocks removed the gate from the Myers and founded a new fence in the position when they moved.
In June 2023, while the clocks were abroad, the Myers removed that new gate and moved it. Plants were dug up again and the barn was moved.
The report also referred to original documents and title plans from the 1930s, but described it as' rough 'and' not decisive.
It added: 'As usual, the people who drawn up the historical plans did not produce plans that you would expect today.
“What one can say is that these rough plans are very unlikely that they are at least decisive for the border problem.”
Mrs. Bell said they obtained legal advice, but lost a claim in the district court for compensation, although she said that this had nothing to do with the border itself.
When they approached, Huy Eng Myers, known as Victoria, who moved to the building with husband Michael in April 2018, refused to comment on the dispute.
But she claimed that they had been those who had been 'harassed' and repeated that they 'had won a court' ruling on the claim for compensation.
