CeeDee Lamb doesn’t want Dak Prescott throwing the ball to him tonight, but at least he won’t be blinded by the sun when he tries to catch passes from Cooper Rush in primetime tonight. At 3-6 and with their starting quarterback out for the year, the Cowboys’ season appears to be over.

The Texans have hit a bump in the road as they try to repeat as AFC South champions and return to the playoffs. They have lost two in a row and three of their last four, but are still in first place in the division at 6-4. And CJ Stroud should get his favorite target, Nico Collins, back in time for tonight’s game. Collins has been sidelined since early October with a hamstring injury and still leads the team in receiving yards.

The Texans and Cowboys kick off tonight at 8:15 PM ET (5:15 PM PT) on ABC and ESPN. You can switch to ESPN2 during the game to watch the ManningCast with brothers Peyton and Eli, the popular alternative broadcast in which the former NFL greats analyze the game and chat with different guests every week.

If you don’t have a cable or satellite TV subscription, you can watch Monday Night Football via a live TV streaming service. The good news for football fans is that ESPN is available on all five major streaming services.

How to watch MNF without cable

The main channel for Monday Night Football is ESPN. Nearly every Monday night game will be shown on ESPN, as well as on ABC and ESPN Plus for seven weeks. The only time you can’t watch an MNF game on ESPN is the final MNF doubleheader of the season for Week 15, when one game will be on ESPN and the other will be on ABC and ESPN Plus.

You can also watch Monday Night Football on ABC for most of the remaining weeks of the season; this week and week 13 will only be shown on ESPN.

The ManningCast on ESPN2 is scheduled for most Monday nights during the season and one Wild Card game, with six of those regular-season Monday nights and the Wild Card game also streamed on ESPN Plus.
