A customer broke out at a cheese company before having a complaint about finding a metal bolt in a block of cheese that she bought from a supermarket.
Julia Sakr said she had bought a block of Maffra -cheese in her local supermarket, the fruit lologist in Bondi, in SydneyThe eastern suburbs.
“I had a hanking for cheddar cheese and crackers and I saw this gastronomic piece of cheese,” said the pregnant mother in one Tap Video shared on Saturday.
Mrs. Sakr said when she came home, she opened the cheese and discovered a small metal note in it.
‘I broke the upper part and I saw a bolt on the back. Like a metal bolt, you know, like a tool, “she said.
‘This small block of cheese was $ 10 and it was at night, so I didn’t go back to the fruitologist to exchange it or get my money back. ‘
Mrs. Sakr threw the whole block away and did not want to eat the cheese in case the rest was infected.
“The next morning we went to Cairns for a week and I just got back yesterday, so I had something like that:” Ok, I will just e -mail and let it know, “she said.
“Number one, so they know it is clearly a problem with a bolt in their cheese, and number two, I just paid $ 10 for a small block of cheese that I couldn’t enjoy.”
“So I said,” Hello there, I bought your cheese from the fruitologist in Bondi and I found a bolt there. I am glad I saw it before I chewed some cheese and crackers. How do I get a refund on this? “
She said she received a comment in the morning from the director of Maffra Cheese who thanked her for reporting the incident.
Mrs. Sakr claimed that the director asked for photos of the batch number on the back label so that she could investigate the incident.
“I had something like” How? I have already thrown it away ‘, what I did, and my cleaners come once a week, so by the time I come back from Cairns, it won’t be there, “she said.
‘And to be honest, I was a bit finished because a customer tells you that he found a bolt in your cheese.
“I decided to become small because I was as if I was not (going) to let this woman (go) love my $ 10 if that is the attitude she is going to have.”

Julia Sakr claimed that she was referred to the police about the suggestion that her cheese block contained a metal nut

Subsequently, Mrs. Sakr said that the director informed her that the production line does not use notes like those in her photo, and all cheeses pass a metal detector.
“I answered with:” Do you know this seriously? Why on earth would I contact you if this didn’t happen? “
Mrs. Sakr had hoped that the Saga could have been smothered ‘in the button’.
Instead, she said she received an e -mail and warned her that the director would contact the police.
“Today I get a reaction from her and says,” I will make a police report, “she said.
Mrs. Sakr shared a photo of the e -mail that apparently comes from Maffra Master Cheesemaker Ferial Zekiman.
“I will make a police report. Kind regards, Ferial Zekiman, ‘Read the e -mail.
It remains unclear whether the police report was intended to be made against Mrs. Sakr, or about the metal bolt found in the cheese.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Maffra Cheese for comments.
Social media users agreed that Mrs. Sakr had received less than satisfactory treatment about the complaint.
“Wow that’s incredibly bad customer service,” said one.
“Be little queen,” said another.
Others took the side of the cheese maker.
“The reason that they asked for the batch and the best before date, so that they can investigate the production batch and give a public recall,” they wrote.
“Her first reaction was completely acceptable and according to the industry standard.”
“The way in which I read their first answer -mail, was that they wanted the batch number to ensure that none of the others was infected and possibly pulled all others out of that party,” someone else agreed.
“And most of these places use metal detectors because of the machines used in production.”
However, some viewers said that the situation could have been treated better by both parties.
“Her first reaction was valid, all companies ask for BB dates, etc. After a complaint, but the rest of her interaction is absolutely ridiculous!” They wrote.
“She could just explain why she asked for that info instead of what she did.”
