ABC personality accused of 40 child abuse and attacking violations of more than three decades

A veteran ABC -Cameraman is accused of more than 40 child abuse and attack costs that spread for three decades.
Trevor James Scroop, from South AustraliaWho also did a stint with the Department for Child Protection, was arrested and thrown behind bars in March 2023.
The 65-year-old is said to have abused several children between 1989 and 2023 for a period of 34 years, The advertiser Reports.
He was still employed by the ABC when his alleged offensive began.
An oppression order about the details of the alleged offensive was withdrawn on Wednesday in a court after a request from public prosecutors.
Scroop, from Hillcrest in AdelaideThe southeast is not guilty of a multitude of charges for child abuse and violations.
The court heard earlier that Scroop had worked with indigenous children in the Northern Territory in his role at the Department for Child Protection.
He is accused of 12 counts of sexual abuse of a child, eight counts of indecent abuse, three counts of aggravated indecent attack, one count of gross indeclinity, six counts of illegal sexual intercourse, four counts of mistreatment and two counts of worsened abuse.
