In a short statement, Milan confirmed: “AC Milan and Sergio Concukiçao will not continue their journey together next season.

“The club wants to thank Sergio and its staff for their dedication, professionalism and dedication that is shown during their time during the first team in recent months.

“The AC Milan family parties with the coach who won the 50th trophy in the history of the club and wishes him the best for the future.”

Conuicao was appointed on December 30 after the resignation of Paulo Fonseca.

Only a few days later the former Porto -Baas AC Milan led to Supercoppa Glory.

The Portuguese failed to inspire the Italian giants in the Serie A, but ended up a low eighth.

Conuicao reached the Coppa Italia final and defeated Roma and Rivals en route.

But Milan dropped to a 1-0 defeat against Bologna in the latter, effectively sealed the fate of Conukicao.

Reports in Italy claim that Massimiliano Allegri will return to San Siro as a replacement for Conukicao.

Allegri, 57, was in charge of AC Milan between 2010 and 2014.

Earlier today, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that the Italian had agreed to his former club.

Allegri won the Serie A-title with Milan in the 2010-11 season.

The experienced boss added five more successes as Juventus Boss.

He has no work anymore since leaving Juve at the end of the 2023-24 season.
