Coronation Street Star, 42, placed a Snap with his new love Ellie Dolan, a Coordinator of Human Resources.

The soap star Effortlessly looked stylish in a brown polo neck and jeans, while Ellie is stunned in a white crop top.

Alan had previously had a relationship with his Coronation Street Co star Tisha Merry, 31, but they split together after five years.

The star, which mechanic Tyrone Dobbs plays on the soap, met Tisha in 2014 and they started dating in 2019 when she left her role as Steph Britton on ITV Serial.

Alan was previously married to Hollyoaks actress Lucy-Jo Hudson for their split in 2018. The couple shares daughter Sienna, 11, together.

He often shares Snaps from his gym sessions to Instagram alongside co-star Colson Smith, 26, who himself has lost a stunning 10th.

Alan revealed that he burned thousands of calories a day during his debilitating gym sessions and in a social media post of 2019 while working for almost three hours and burned 2144 calories.

The next day he hit two more training sessions in the morning. In the first he spent almost two and a half hours exercising – expenses 1610 calories.

He then trained another 49 minutes and worked 477 more calories, writing: ‘4321 calories in 24 hours. Space now for a beer. “The average daily intake for a man is 2500 calories.”

Alan is also a fan of hot yoga, a kind of yoga that is practiced in a heated studio and is said to help release toxins by sweat and can help with weight loss.

The actor even connected practice with his girlfriend and fellow star Tisha Merry, who played Steph Britton.

Alan said OK!: “I would really have come in hot yoga and someone said that Tisha was going to the same studio, so I thought we could go together.”
