WestWilson not sure how Carl Radke And Lindsay Hubbard could ‘exist’ in Summer house together.
“It would definitely be a challenge,” Wilson, 28, said exclusively We weekly about the reunion of the exes Summer house. “From what I’ve seen since the end of the summer I haven’t seen any fights, they’ve just avoided each other. I don’t know how that could exist. I mean, unless you walk past someone for two months and don’t make eye contact.
He continues: “But who knows. They’ve been doing it forever.”
Us confirmed in August 2023 that Radke, 39, and Hubbard, 37, had called off their engagement. The couple, who started dating in late 2021, were expected to tie the knot in Mexico in November 2023.
Wilson was friends with Hubbard when he joined the Bravo series during Season 8 in 2024. But he tells Us that he ‘naturally’ ‘got a lot more man talk’ from Radke.
“I knew they clearly had their problems,” Wilson says. “There were red flags, but for me I still felt like I was comfortable with everyone. So I probably swallowed a lot more, and that felt a bit like another couple was fighting Summer house.”
He admits, “I probably didn’t read as much into it as I should have, to be honest.”
Hubbard raised eyebrows when she questioned Radke’s sobriety during a Season 8 episode Summer house. After the episode aired, she admitted that she wished she had used “better wording.”
Wilson, for his part, explains Us he “never” wondered about Radke’s sobriety, adding, “I’ve never seen Carl stoic and in control.”
He adds that Hubbard’s comments were “something that we can all objectively think about and say is probably not the best thing to do to your partner.”
After Radke and Hubbard closed the chapter on their relationship, Wilson says he gave them both space, texted them, but “definitely played neutral.”
“I don’t think either of them were looking for a point of view from me, but it’s clear that they both want their stories to be told,” Wilson says. “I think we’ve figured that out now.”
As for whether the pair seem happier apart, Wilson says Radke is “finding his feet,” adding, “But I imagine it’ll be a while before you can definitely get back on your horse. ”
Summer house airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9pm ET.
