A typical day out Kelly Kruger Brooks‘Life begins with a wake-up call from her two daughters.
“We start every day with a good hug and talk before breakfast about what we are grateful for,” the 41-year-old actress shares exclusively in the latest issue of We weekly. (Kruger Brooks shares daughters Everleigh, 4, and Gemma, 22 months, with husband Darin Brooks.)
Kruger Brooks continues her morning routine at the gym with a Lagree workout. “It’s the only workout I’ve done consistently that never bores me,” she explains of the high-intensity training method. “There’s so much to focus on, and it’s the only time I give my thoughts a break. I do light cardio and strength training [other] to dawn.”
After a packed schedule of cooking, reading scripts and work meetings for her essential oils company Madison Charles, Kruger Brooks ends her day watching TV with her husband and their dog Chance.
