Arteta’s actress and spiritual life Coach Vrouw opens for secrets for marriage

Mikel Arteta Lorena Bernal’s wife has opened the secrets of a happy marriage.

The couple has been together for 23 years since the meeting in a nightclub in their hometown of San Sebastian, Spain.

They married in 2010 and have three children – Gabriel, 15, Daniel, 12 and Oliver, 10.

But their hectic working life means Lorena and Arteta Often find joy together with the simplest things, such as coffee.

Lorena shared the secrets behind her wedding at the Arsenal Boss, revealing that it is important to grow as people while maintaining individual lives.

She told Hello!: “There is not just one secret for our marriage, but I would say it is important to understand and accept that you share two people for a life, not complete each other.

‘You are not there to teach them how to live; You are there to grow next To them and support their growth. But you have to accept that every person has his own rhythms, pace and journey, and that acceptance makes it great.

“And of course there is love underneath, the basis of admiration, respect for the other person … and having fun together.

“If we have time together, we do quite normal things, because our lives are the opposite of normal. So we go for a walk or sit and drink coffee. Doing nothing together is beautiful.”

Lorena has a busy working life and combines her role as an actress with her job as a spiritual life coach.
