ASDA shoppers love sparkly jeans – and they cost less than £30
ASDA has style lovers in a frenzy with their brand new sparkly jeans that are a must for the festive season just around the corner.
Nothing screams Christmas more than sparkle (and food coma) – and if you haven’t found that perfect little number that’s sure to turn heads, you might want to head to ASDA.
The mega supermarket has recently taken its fashion game to the next level – whether you’re looking for the ultimate 5-in-1 winter coat or comfy Chelsea boots for just £16.
Now one of their latest additions to the shelves – an embellished pair of jeans – has become all the rage on social media, with shoppers rushing to pack the festive wardrobe essentials.
To let other style lovers know about the stunning find – which retails for under £30 – one fashionista, Sasha Rose, took to TikTok to show off the jeans.
“The most beautiful jeans for the glitter season,” Sasha wrote her video.
The stylish bottoms, which cost just €26, feature an all-over diamond design and a trendy straight leg.
If you want to go all out, combine the jeans with a chic slinky top, sexy heeled boots and a sleek bun – and you’re good to go.
The versatile jeans, which are sure to become a classic in your wardrobe, can also be worn down for a more casual ensemble on days when you want to add an interesting element to your outfit.
Rock the sparkle with basic white sneakers, a white shirt and a tote bag – and you’ll be the most stylish babe at work.
Sasha, who also showed off the jeans to her viewers in the short clip, told other fashion lovers in the caption: “These will be so cute for going out at Christmas.”
The fantastic bargain find, which comes in sizes UK 8 to UK 24, has already sold out online, but it’s worth popping into your local ASDA as there may still be a few pairs left.
”Obsessed with them!!” Sasha said, adding that the back was also covered in sparkling gems.
With the festive season upon us and many still frantically searching for that perfect look, the video has taken the internet by storm, helping Sasha gain over 112,000 views in just two days.
Dozens of TikTok users flocked to the comments section – and even ASDA responded to the hype.
Christmas fashion tips from an expert
CLEMMIE Fieldsend, fashion editor at Fabulous, has shared her top tips for looking fabulous this Christmas.
AVOID: Christmas sweaters
They are no longer a novelty, they have now become boring again and do not belong at a festive party.
By all means, go all in for Christmas Sweater Day for Save The Children, but never wear it before or after that day.
WEAR: Burgundy
At this time of year you can’t avoid burgundy and it is a luxurious, deep and rich color that is a welcome change from the Christmas red at Christmas.
Opt for silky textures or velvet for extra style points.
AVOID: PJs
The trend of feather-trimmed combination sets has had its day and is so dated.
This year, don’t break out your hair-plucked pair and buy a new set, instead, still go for the satin two-piece, but stay away from the plumes.
WEAR: Sequin dress
Try changing up the sequins a bit by wearing them with a different texture or color, for example a sequin skirt with a tight knit.
But if you really don’t know what to wear, reach for the sequins, it is Christmas after all.
AVOID: Sequin blazer
There’s nothing worse than showing up to a festive gig that looks like the hired entertainment.
Leave the sequin blazer to magicians and strict judges, but always opt for a classic tuxedo style or velvet instead.
WEAR: Bling pants
Last season, embellished jeans with diamond bling were having a moment, and this year they’re going to be just as big a hit.
If you don’t want gemstones pinging everywhere, try metallic PU pants.
“The glitter season was calling, we answered,” the supermarket chuckled.
One mother said: ‘I have mine [too] Recently there were unreal parts in it.”
“They are beautiful,” another continued to be obsessed with the gorgeous jeans Sasha spotted in Cardiff, Wales.
“How surreal,” said another, eager to grab the “sumptuous” denim bottoms.
”Please keep them forever. I’m trying to lose weight and I need them in every size,” one viewer begged the retailer.
