The Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) has sent a report from the data breach that those involved have uploaded attachments of the committee’s web forms on its site. This includes approximately 670 documents that “possibly were accessible”, the Committee confirms.

About 100 of these were actually accessible online, possibly by Bing Or Google – who led the committee to tackle the infringement.
