Beauty expert, 37, reveals skincare regimen for ‘lazy girls’ to avoid Botox and fillers
In their quest for youthful, radiant skin, many people turn to expensive treatments and products.
A skin care fanatic who prides herself on maintaining her youthful appearance at 37 without ever having Botox, threads, fillers or other cosmetic procedures shares some lesser-known anti-aging tips.
Nadine, who makes her skincare a personal priority, regularly shares smart tips and tricks on her TikTok account @thenaturalnadine.
In a video, she shared her “best skin care secrets that will transform your skin and overall health.”
Drawing on her personal experiences and her self-proclaimed “lazy girl” skincare routine, she revealed practical and affordable ways to maintain healthy skin.
She says: “These are anti-aging tips that no one talks about, but they will transform your skin. I know this because I am 37 years old.
“I have never had Botox, threads, fillers or other cosmetic procedures.
“I’ve made a lot of these discoveries because I definitely have a lazy skin care routine.”
This led Nadine to her first discovery: she was only allowed to wash her face once a day.
She continues: “I started seeing articles from celebrities and dermatologists saying that you should only wash your face once a day because you want to preserve the natural oils in your skin.
“You’re not constantly stripping your skin of those natural oils.
“What you can do instead is just rinse your face with water if you want, but only use filtered water.
“The water you put on your face and hands is just as important as the water you drink because it has a lot of bad chemicals in it.”
Nadine explains that chlorine can “cause premature aging and make your skin look dehydrated.”
According to beauty experts, excessive exposure to chlorine dries out the skin, leading to irritation and itching.
Long-term contact with chlorine can cause premature aging over the years and significantly affect the health of your skin.

Nadine continues: “When I rinse my face, I only use these soft cotton pads.
“The skin on our face is very different from the skin on our body.
“I think a towel is just way too hard.”
Nadine also emphasizes the importance of the food we eat.
Why is fermented rice water an anti-aging powerhouse?
Fermented rice water has become popular in skin care due to its inexpensive, yet highly effective benefits.
- It’s packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants – including vitamins B, C and E – that help promote a healthy, radiant complexion
- The fermentation process produces enzymes that enhance rice water’s ability to lighten dark spots and fade hyperpigmentation
- The cooling and anti-inflammatory properties of fermented rice water can help soothe irritated or sensitive skin, which is especially beneficial for conditions such as eczema, acne and sunburn
- Regular use of fermented rice water can lead to smoother, softer skin by promoting gentle exfoliation. The natural acids formed during fermentation help remove dead skin cells, leaving a fresher layer of skin
- It is also known to promote cell regeneration, which can help heal scars and improve the overall appearance of the skin.
She says, “I always say eat your skin care.
“So make sure you’re getting as much vitamin C as you’re putting on your face, because the vitamin C you’re getting is going to help you build collagen and also protect your immune system.”
Finally, Nadine recommends investing in a skincare product that is “really” rich in antioxidants, “instead of expensive, toxic skincare products.”
They are popular because of marketing

She says, “More antioxidants means more anti-aging benefits.”
“Many of these well-known, super expensive brands are also very toxic.
“They’re popular because of the marketing, but what your skin really needs is more antioxidants to help you produce collagen.”
Her video has been viewed over 800,000 times and many beauty fans took to the comments to share their thoughts.
Someone wrote: “I just put water on my face to wake up and at night I use an aha product to clean it.”
Another added: “Yes!!! I never understood why I had to wash my face in the morning after doing my nighttime skincare routine.”
To which Nadine replied, “Oh my god, same!! It worked for me because [because] I was always late, lol, no time to wash my face anymore.”
How to Reverse Aging in Just 2 Weeks, According to the Royal’s Go-To Nutritionist
Gabriela Peacock, who lives in LONDON, helped Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, among others, with the preparations for their wedding.
She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple, life-changing changes to better ourselves in the future, regardless of our genetic makeup.
“The reality is that we all have unhealthy eating habits from time to time, like eating processed foods, smoking, drinking too much alcohol, breathing in city pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of which are good for us.
“All of this only promotes the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to avoid sugary carbs. They fuel chronic inflammation, one of the biggest enemies of reversing aging.
While you will gain weight if you eat them regularly, it also affects your energy levels and hormone levels, which in turn affects how you look and feel.
Regardless of your age or health condition, it’s never too late to reverse the rate at which you age and embrace the energy and vitality of your younger years.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, are essential in neutralizing free radicals, the culprits behind premature aging.
Including a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet creates a powerful source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, found in abundance in oily fish such as salmon and flaxseed, are essential for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3 fatty acids nourish your skin, retain moisture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein that decreases in quantity as you age, can be supplemented with collagen-rich foods, such as bone broth and lean protein sources.
