Beauty fans love ‘secret’ sales website with prices from 1p
What if we told you there was a website where you can buy legitimate beauty products for just 1p?
No, this isn’t a drill. Savvy shoppers have discovered an off-price retailer that’s selling GHD, Tangle Teezer, Inkey List and more branded items for a bargain price.
The website with offers is Approved Food.
As the name suggests, you can also pick up food here at a discount.
But bosses at Approved Food have told Fabulous that there are a number of ‘hidden beauty gems’ on the website.
These include the GHD The Blow Dryer Brush, which retails for just £15 at the discounter, and face masks for just 75p.
The brand also runs 1p sales, where you can buy a range of goodies for just one penny each.
“We specialise in surplus and short-term stock, which allows us to offer our customers huge savings,” said Approved Food bosses.
“We have over 12,400 products including major brands, cupboard fillers and department store products across a wide range of food, beverage, homewares and toiletries.
“Our stock is constantly updated, so we always have something new for you – all at incredibly low prices.
“We don’t sell anything that has passed its expiration date.”
Currently you can take advantage of beauty discounts, such as the Caudalie Paris Vinoperfect Brightening Dark Spot Serum for £31 instead of £46.
There’s also The Inkey List’s Make-Up Prep 101 – a trio of skincare products – for £21 instead of £30.
Olay fans can purchase the flagship Ultimate Eye Cream for £12, a 50% discount on the retail price.
Today the Rimmel London Sunshimmer Water Resistant Instant Tan is on the Approved Food list for just £3.30.
Just like the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Hydrate Foundation for just £4.99.
How to Save Money on Beauty Purchases
IF your wallet is feeling tighter than ever and you’re looking to save money on your makeup routine, have you ever considered trying out beauty dupes?
Approved Food has received rave reviews in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.
One savvy shopper claims she “only buys Elemis products” through the e-retailer.
“Sometimes you get two pots of Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm for £40,” she claimed.
A jar of the skincare brand’s flagship balm costs £49 (full price).
