BET Awards 2025 best dressed: Ciara, Keke Palmer, Ashanti and Doechii lead the stars with their stunning looks

Some of the biggest stars of Black entertainment and culture were out on Monday as they gathered for the 2025 BET Awards in Los Angeles.

And the red carpet was filled with stunning looks from stars, including Ciara, who rocked an all-black look with a spiky tasseled skirt and a black leather blouse.

Nope star Keke Palmer looked as if she was having the time of her life when she hit the red carpet in a partially sheer midnight blue dress covered in gold sequins.

Ashanti flaunted her stunning curves in a busty black gown covered in beads and featuring a plunging neckline that nearly reached to her midriff and showcased her cleavage.

Rounding out quartet of stunning ladies was the rapper and singer Doechii, who kicked off the ceremony with her win for Best Female Hip Hop Artist. She changed things up with a playful cropped tube top from Miu Miu with a matching skirt.

They led the stars on the red carpet at the Peacock Theater for the ceremony, which is airing live on BET.

Ciara’s short skirt with spiky hair-like strands dangling from it highlighted her toned legs, and it featured a long train that resembled a tasseled leather whip.

She completed her look with multiple diamond-encrusted necklaces and a black Atlanta Braves cap. 

Keke’s striking dark blue outfit also put the spotlight on her legs. She beamed ear-to-ear in the dress, which rippled over her flat tummy and featured a sheer halter top. 

The dress has a modest train that dangled behind her but didn’t reach the ground, which instead put the spotlight on her classic pumps. 

She added some sparkle to her outfit with irregularly shaped gold sequins. 

Ashanti’s gorgeous black ruched gown featured a modest slit and was decorated in lustrous black beads that gleamed in the light. 

Doechii flaunted her fit figure in her scarlet Miu Miu bandana-style top and it’s matching skirt, which featured gold trim. 

She added a black leather belt and a second decorative belt with large gold oval-shaped loops.

The jacket also featured bellows pockets on the chest, and Snoop wore it over a matching blue shirt, trousers with stretchy hems and sneakers.

He brought along his wife Shante Broadus, who matched him in a leather coat with heavily padded shoulders, baggy slacks and a blue fedora.

Joining the couple was the actor Jonathan Daviss, who was announced on Monday as the star of a Snoop Dogg biopic.

He wore a black tuxedo with peaked laps and a tie-free black shirt.

The singer styled their lustrous hair straight with a middle part, and they stood tall in gold open-toe heels. 

Machine Gun Kelly hit the red carpet in pale yellow button-down shirt with a matching skinny tie that was too long and was worn tucked into his pants. He held his relaxed black trousers up with a black fabric belt. 

Andra Day wore an unusual dress with a fishnet-style top with carefully placed faux-rips sewn into it, before it transitioned into a more traditional opaque black skirt.
