Bitcoin ranges between $94,000 and $96,000; Altcoins show mixed trends
The cryptocurrency market showed mixed movements on Friday, November 29. Bitcoin rose slightly, gaining less than one percent on international exchanges. According to CoinMarketCap, Bitcoin is currently priced at $96,507 (approximately Rs. 81.5 lakh). On Indian platforms like CoinSwitch, Bitcoin’s value rose by about one percent, to $98,653 (approximately Rs. 83.3 lakh). Over the past 24 hours, the price of Bitcoin has fluctuated between $94,000 (approximately Rs. 79.4 lakh) and the current level.
“As Bitcoin nears the coveted $100,000 mark (approximately Rs. 84.4 lakh), market participants are excited, anticipating further gains in the coming weeks. Many investors believe that this consolidation phase will lead to greater profitability, attracting both new and returning participants to the market. With positive sentiment and bullish forecasts, Bitcoin seems poised for an exciting journey in the digital asset space,” Shivam Thakral, CEO of BuyUcoin, told Gadgets360.
Ether grew by 0.50 percent on international exchanges. At the time of writing, ETH was trading at a price of $3,586 (approximately Rs. 3.03 lakh), CoinMarketCap shows. On Indian exchanges, the crypto asset is trading at $3,580 (approximately Rs. 3.02 lakh).
“Ethereum reflects strong market sentiment driven by institutional interest, strong technical interest and increasing adoption as momentum and positive sentiments grow within the crypto market,” Avinash Shekhar, co-founder and CEO of Pi42, told Gadgets360.
Binance Coin, Ripple, USD Coin, Cardano and Tron posted small gains on Friday, Gadgets360’s crypto price tracker showed.
Polkadot, Near Protocol, Elrond, Iota and Status also managed to maintain small gains on Friday.
“Among the major altcoins, XRP stands out with a five percent gain, driven by the ecosystem’s partnership with Archax. Ethereum and Solana suffered a modest decline of two percent,” Vikram Subburaj, CEO of Giottus, told Gadgets360.
The total market capitalization for cryptocurrencies increased by 0.30 percent in the past 24 hours. According to CoinMarketCapthe crypto market valuation has reached $3.34 trillion (approximately Rs. 2,82,69,197 crore).
Tether, Solana, Dogecoin, Avalanche, Shiba Inu and Stellar posted losses.
Price drops also hit Chainlink, Bitcoin Cash, Uniswap, Litecoin and Cronos are also trading in losses.
