Wedding Guest Etiquette
If you’re having trouble choosing a dress for wedding season, here are a few rules about what not to wear so you don’t get into trouble.
- According to tradition, wearing red to a wedding means you have slept with the groom.
- Informal clothing such as jeans and flip-flops should always be avoided.
- Any color that can be recognized as white or cream, even if it is not.
- Most will agree that your décolletage should be covered.
- Wearing white is absolutely taboo if you are not the bride.
“They’re a real bargain on ASOS at the moment.”
