NEW DELHI: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said the houses of those harboring the terrorists will be “razed to the ground”, signaling bulldozer justice.

Sinha, without naming names, criticized those who issued statements condemning such acts for “formality”.
