This year’s GCSE exams are well underway and the first mathematics – one of the three – has come and gone.
And parents who have children who go through the turbulent period in their academic career will certainly struggle with very anxious teenagers who cram their studies well into the night.
While students go through before the next test before the next test on 4 June, mothers and fathers who are consulted on test newspapers are undoubtedly confronted with the task of polishing their long forgotten skills.
A series of concepts is investigated in years 10 and 11 – from Algebra, geometry, ratio and statistics.
Yet few will remember even the most basic elements.
But how would you do it in a quiz meant for 16-year-olds?
