Will my iPhone support Apple Intelligence?

Apple IntelligenceApple’s generative AI system for your iPhone is a key aspect of iOS 18. Apple Intelligence will be released to the general public with iOS 18.1 in beta next month. It is currently available in the developer beta of iOS 18.1.

You can use Apple Intelligence to quickly summarize text in Safari, create personalized images in Messages, and ask Siri to perform more complex tasks than ever before – but Apple Intelligence isn’t coming to every iPhone.

Only a few select iPhone models support this Apple Intelligence:

Apple Intelligence will also be available on iPadOS 18.1 and MacOS Sequoia 15.1. It only works on iPad and Mac models with M1 and above.

All iPhone 16 models will have Apple Intelligence.
