Cara De La Hoyde shares ‘Botox’ for loose skin – you can get it on holiday for £4
SHE is known for being honest in all aspects of her life – from taking her children to school in her pajamas to admitting that her first child was a happy accident.
Cara De La Hoyde has now revealed the beauty secret she swears by for getting rid of “loose” skin – and it costs just £4.
Speaking on her podcast, The school trackthe 34-year-old revealed her weekly must-have, which you can get cheap on holiday.
The Love Island star said she and her husband Nathan Massey, 32, are obsessed with using Tretinoin.
Cara added: “They say it’s Botox in a bottle. Nathan and I both use it and it helps. Before I started using it, my skin was really loose.
“This strengthens your skin.”

Cara and her podcast guests also shared that it is available over the counter in the Middle East and some European countries, for as little as £4.
And Cara’s right: tretinoin, a form of vitamin A, is lauded in the skin care world for its ability to reduce both wrinkles and acne.
Tretinoin works by irritating the skin and speeding up the life cycle of skin cells, according to Healthline.
This causes them to divide and die faster, so newer, healthier cells can take their place.
This is often the reason why first-time users experience a “purge,” a term used to describe the spots that come to the surface when they first use the product.
But after a few weeks this should disappear and you should be left with radiant, wrinkle-free skin.
Although it is perfect for anti-aging and skin firming, it cannot be used by everyone.
People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or exposed to the sun a lot should consult a doctor before use.
The reality star previously admitted that she had gone into a downward spiral after the birth of her first child and that she had given up her glamorous life on Love Island.
Cara and Nathan welcomed their first child, a son named Freddie, in 2017, shortly after winning the show.
