She has amassed nine million followers on Instagram thanks to her hilarious parody shoots.

And on Tuesday, comedian Celeste Barber revealed on her Instagram Stories how far she goes, to make sure her spoofs are perfect.

The 40-year-old shared behind-the-scenes footage of herself rehearsing for a recent Kendall Jenner parody, enlisting the help of her father and her two sons.

Celeste’s latest parody on Tuesday saw her imitate Kendall, 26, who posed in a hammock wearing only a short red puffer jacket.

Celeste mirrored Kendall’s pose by lying face down in a hammock wearing a red hoodie and skin-colored underwear.

She captioned the sensational message “Never go against the family,” a reference to a Godfather movie quote that Kendall’s reality TV family has appropriated for their new Hulu series The Kardashians.

Proving that not everything is going according to plan, Celeste shared two rehearsals of the parody on her Instagram Stories, enlisting the help of her father and her two sons.

In January last year, Celeste revealed that some models, actresses and influencers have blocked her on Instagram because they don’t like being ridiculed.

“Some people don’t like it. People may be tired of being ridiculed, I get it. People have blocked and don’t feel like it, no problem. Continue!’ she continued Jameela Jamil’s iWeigh podcast

Celeste said her videos are just light-hearted parodies and are not meant to ridicule anyone.

“My intention with this has always been to make people laugh, and where they get it from is up to them,” she said.

“When people say, ‘are you feeling mean or something?’ I’m like “no”. I only use photos they post, if it’s a paparazzi photo I won’t use it unless they have.”

Despite this, Celeste admitted that many celebrities are in on the joke and even submit their own posts to be parodied.
