Christina Haack breaks down in tears as she pours her heart out to ex Tarek El Moussa over Josh Hall’s divorce
Christina Haack broke down in tears in a new preview of her reality TV show Flip Off.
The beauty sat on a couch at her mansion in Orange County, California as she chatted with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.
The 41-year-old home improvement specialist said things were going very badly for her third husband Josh Hall, 44.
It didn’t take long for Christina to start sobbing as she wiped away tears. Tarek, 43, looked sad for his ex as he looked away and tried his best to be a rock for her.
“Josh and I have officially broken up,” the California native said.
“We got hit…middle fingers in my face,” she says, adding that things with Josh had been “bad for a long time.”
Josh filed for divorce in July 2024 after nearly three years of marriage, and was set to co-star in The Flip Off with Christina and Tarek, but after their breakup, Christina resumed filming without him.

But the most heartbreaking moment comes when Christina reveals the impact on her and Tarek’s children, Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9.

“The kids literally asked me to leave,” she says sadly. ‘They told me he wasn’t nice to me. Why should I stay here?’
Christina explains that she feels like she is constantly in a tornado and cannot escape, before bursting into tears.
She goes on to say that everything since 2016 has been incredibly difficult and painful, and has taken a toll on her emotionally.
Christina and Tarek’s marriage ended in 2016 after a tense incident in which Tarek fled with a gun and entered rehab.
Despite a bumpy co-parenting journey, they have largely maintained a positive relationship in recent years.
In the sneak peak of The Flip Off, Christina apologizes to Tarek and says, “I’m really sorry for s— too. I really am. I just want you to know.”
Tarek, becoming a bit emotional himself, replies: ‘I understand that feeling of being a bit lost. And I recognize that I am a big part, if not all of it, of all of this.”
Last month, Haack said Hall’s departure from The Flip Off made production much easier.

She told me Entertainment tonight it was difficult to film the show due to her estranged husband’s insecurity.
“If someone is insecure about you and doesn’t like to see you win, it really puts a damper on everything,” the reality star explained.
Haack, who changed her name to Hall when the couple married in April 2022, has gone back to using her maiden name.
“I feel like I wasn’t shining as brightly, trying not to make him feel emasculated. But who wants to live like that?’ she asked.
“It wasn’t fun, to be honest,” she explained. “I didn’t enjoy filming with him, so now that we’re apart, to be honest, this has become so much easier and so much better in every way.”
Haack had no problems with her first ex-husband Tarek on set.
El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae, 37, will star in the house flipping show that will debut in 2025.
“Tarek and I have our own dynamic, and some might call it ‘flirty,'” she said, explaining that it was more of a “sibling thing.”
Haack said she used El Moussa as a sounding board and “had been telling him things were going bad for at least a year…probably 18 months.”

El Moussa revealed that Haack appeared to be returning to her old self after filing for divorce in July.
“It bothered her at first, you know, but she recovered very quickly,” he told ET.
‘You just notice that her energy is back. She’s happy. She’s excited about life, she’s doing well.’
Ant Anstead, 45, Haack’s second ex-husband, was recently spotted filming some scenes from The Flip Off in Los Angeles.
