When is the Club World Cup 2025?
- The Club World Cup 2025 starts on Sunday 15 June in the UK and Saturday 14 June in the US.
- The tournament runs until Sunday, July 13.
- It is held in 12 different cities and stadiums in the United States.
- The entire tournament is broadcast by Dazn In the UK and the US.
- Competitions can be viewed on Dazn TV or via the website/app.
- In the UK, Channel 5 will also select games on terrestrial TV.
Club World Cup 2025 prize money
One of the main reasons why so many gigantic clubs participate in the World Cup club is due to the gigantic prize pool.
The winning side earns up to $ 125 million/£ 97 million, which close to the payment of the Premier League (£ 176 million) and Champions League (£ 135 million) to their winners.
Prize money from a colossal £ 774 million ($ 1 billion) is shared between the 32 clubs, with a participation of £ 406 million ($ 525 million) shared based on sporting and commercial criteria, and £ 368 million ($ 475 million) shared based on sports performance.
FIFA does not keep any income from the huge tournament and it expects to share another £ 200 million ($ 250 million) with clubs such as solidarity payments.
