Snooker referee Michaela Tabb has announced that she is away from the sport.
The lagging ref, 57, wrote history as the First woman who is a final of the world championship referee In 2009.
Tabb was at the Baize for the World Seniors Snooker Tour Final between Alfie Burden and Aaron Canavan on Sunday.
She announced that she would retire from referee after the game.
The Scot said: “I am excited to hang my gloves when I’m honest, for traditional snooker. I think I did my time.
“I come to an age where it would be fun to see how other people do that, especially after I have now seen another woman and have described the final at the Main World Championships.
“It is 15 years ago that we waited to happen.
“So I am happy to let the young weapons do it.”
Tabb, 57, history written as the first female referee on one world tournament.
She debuted her in 2002 after she was followed by oppressed Snooker bosses.

Tabb would officer crucible finals the 2009 and 2012.
She left the World Snooker Tour in March 2015 after reaching a settlement with the WST.
Tabb added: “I will still work with snooker legends and I will still do the 900.
“But for traditional snooker my day will be ready.
“I feel emotional, even when I just talk about it to be honest.
“To be honest, it could make me cry, and I was lucky that I had two finals and so many other competitions.”
Tabb was followed by Snooker by Desislava Bozhilova32, who seduced the world final between Mark Williams and Zhao Xintong earlier this month.

Before the final in Sheffield, Bozhilova said: “I don’t know anything about other sports, but we are right in Snooker.
“It doesn’t matter if you are a female or male ref.
“If you are good enough and do your job well, you will get your chances.”
