The cornerstone of NDA poll credibility wins: Dharmendra Pradhan
NEW DELHI: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan accused Rahul Gandhi of promoting a feudal mentality and said “their intoxication with power (of the Congress party) is blinding them to the realities of a changing India”.
On the recent election victories, Pradhan said that “credibility, trust in leadership and policies that resonate with people are the cornerstones of our victories”, highlighting the BJP’s consistent ability to connect with voters even in challenging terrains like Haryana and Maharashtra, where anti-incumbency parties often have the upper hand.
He rejected criticism of this National education policy are ideologically driven and label such claims as “intellectually confused”. Responding to Congress Jairam Ramesh’s accusations of confrontational federalism, Pradhan replied, ‘Has NEET not been implemented in Congress-ruled states? Their opposition is opportunistic and unprincipled.’
When asked about Rahul’s allegations that the government would rewrite history under the influence of the RSS, Pradhan dismissed them as baseless. “Is teaching quantum physics in sixth grade an RSS agenda? If preparing our children for global competition is part of such an agenda, what’s wrong with it?” He accused the opposition of perpetuating a feudal mentality by prioritizing their family’s story over broader historical contributions such as those of Sardar Patel and Subhas Chandra Bose.
