Death Stranding 2: On the beach Apparently players will have a unique Melee weapon used, which could be seen in the announcement trailer of the game.
That is according to the game ESRB -Assessment pagethat seems to confirm that Death Stranding 2 will enable players to use the “Battle Guitar” as a melee weapon (via Inflammation).
“This is an action game in which players take on the role of a courier (Sam Porter Bridges) who reinsulate society in a post-apocalyptic world. From a perspective of a third person, players cross an open-world landscape to deliver different goods and packages,” is the rating overview.
“On the way, players can fight against human soldiers, fight Androids and spooky appearances. Players use melee weapons (eg battle guitar) and firearms (eg machine guns, sneaker rifles) to kill enemies.”
If you are not known, the Battle Guitar was first shown to be held by the character of Troy Baker, Higgs Monaghan, in the first state of play trailer of the game.

The trailer images show that it is a modified, orange and black electric guitar, and when the strings are hit, the electrical energy shoots on enemies.
In the future you play again as Sam Bridges, so it seems that players can obtain the Melee weapon at some point in the story.
Death Stranding 2: On the beach has been set to launch on June 26, 2025, for PlayStation 5. Sony Also has one New Limited Edition Dualsense wireless controller inspired by Death Stranding 2that comes out next to the game.
