The third person affected by charges coupled with the disappearance and murder of teen Pheobe Bishop has been unmasked as a sharp fisherman who goes ‘The Crabman’.

The police accused the 30-year-old cracks Daniel Mittelheuser of two counts of accessory after the fact to murder, claiming that he used Mrs. Bishop’s mobile phone to disturb the investigations.

Mittelheuser was taken into custody outside a local fast food output in Bundaberg West, in the southeastern QueenslandAround 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

The arrest took place one day after family and friends said the 17-year-old farewell at a private service.

He is also accused of drug possession, driving while disqualified, not appearing, breaking bail and fraud.

The fraud costs refers to the use of a credit card that is linked to the accessory after the facts, Bundaberg Paper News mail reported.

Mittelheuser Is a father, but is not supposed to have lived with his child recently. He looked casual on his social media and posted a day before the teenager’s remains were found that he couldn’t care or his foot hung off the bed or not.

Mrs. Bishop was last seen near Bundaberg Airport around 8.30 am on 15 May after booking a trip to West -Australia To see her boyfriend.

The Queensland police claim that housemates Tanika Bromley and James Wood drove her close to the airport in a gray Hyundai, but nobody left the car.

She was reportedly murdered and her body was moved more than once from the Good Night Scrub National Park, an hour’s drive from the airport.

Phone information led officers to the National Park where its remains were found on 6 June.

Wood, 34, and Bromley, 33, stay behind the bars and Will Front Court on 11 August, accused of murder and interfering with a corpse.

Mittelheuser did not appear personally, but instead called by telephone before his court on Wednesday.

Mark Zeller, a lawyer with Indigo Act, acted as a service provider.

He did not apply for bail and no supplications were introduced.

Mittelheuser will then appear in court on 25 August via a Videolink.

Six weeks after Mrs. Bishop had disappeared, family and friends laid the ‘free -spirited’ teenager to rest while he accepted clear colors at a service on Monday.

None of those involved in her murder has not introduced any arguments yet.

Mrs. Bishop was missing at the end of May, which led to a broad search for Bushland and the house she shared with Bromley and Wood.

Wood was first taken into custody on 6 June, where he helped the police with their questions.

Shortly thereafter, Bromley was taken into custody where she was accused of the same violations as wood.

The couple is each accused of murder and two counts each of the interferation with a corpse.

The police claim that Mrs. Bishop was murdered, her body was transported in a gray Hyundai and moved twice before being buried in the remote National Park.
