It was recently announced that the sequel to the beloved Devil Wears Prada film would go to the cinema on 26 May 2026.

And while fans are preparing to see that one of their favorite comfort films with stars is brought back for a second part, it seems as if they feel nostalgic.

Many fans have been dug up old videos of Meryl stripe And Anne Hathaway Discussing their time to the film, and the recent rediscovery of a Hathaway interview has made them shocked.

In an interview with Variety, Hathaway takes back on some of her most famous scenes in her extensive filmography and of course there is a scene from the Devil Wears Prada.

Hathaway watches while her character, Andy, speaks with Streep’s character Miranda Priestly – but in the middle of memories on how she wanted to be a ‘sponge’ for line, pauses on a still.

She also speaks about Roy J. Helland (Streep’s make -up artist and hairdresser), but fans seem to have blocked the rest of the interview because they could not pass the awareness that stripe in fact has a wig in the film.
