Clearly Has taken a desperate step to have his business throw away again, because his defense against claims argued that the rap -mogul dangled a fashion designer from a balcony.
On Saturday, the legal team of Diddy submitted a letter in which the test was rejected after a testimony of Combs ‘ex-girlfriend Cassie’S friend and fashion designer, Bryana Bongolan.
Bongolan claimed that the rap -mogul had kept her over the edge of a balcony17 stories high.
Combs’ lawyers argued that the prosecution consciously allowed the false witness.
Diddy’s defense argued, however, that a series of texts from Cassie to Kristina Khorram, one of the employees of the Rapmogul, indicated that she had not witnessed the incident, TMZ reported.
The text that said: “I just discovered a crazy S ***,” indicated that she had heard of the alleged incident by another source and had not seen it firsthand.
The defense also mentioned images shown by officers of Justice of Bongolan’s injuries by the alleged incident.
Bongolan had testified that after Diddy reportedly kept her over the balcony, he threw her into some furniture.

The photos of the injuries, including bruises on her leg and necksels, were found to have been taken on 26 September 2016.
Diddy’s defense argued, however, that he was on the east coast and could not have committed anything that he was accused of.
Officers of Justice later clarified that the SMS message from Cassie indicated that it took place later in the week, around 29 or 30, TMZ reported.
Bongolan had sued the rap magnate for $ 10 million last year and accused him of sexual battery and physical abuse.
Her lawsuit claimed that Combs attacked in 2016 in Cassie Ventura’s apartment in Los Angeles in Cassie Ventura after one of his infamous ‘freak -off’ parties.
She claimed that Diddy fed her ecstasy and during a photo shoot told her: ‘I am the mother ****** G devil. I could kill you. ‘
Bongolan claimed that she had contracted the near-death experience on the balcony on 26 September 2016, after one of the rapper’s sex marathons.
She was not involved in the Freak Off party that is said to have happened just before the incident, says her complaint.

Bongolan claims that the alleged balcony attack – which combines Combs (depicted during his trial in a courtroom sketch of 2 June) – followed a pattern of threats and abuse
Bongolan and her then girlfriend slept in a bedroom of the Ventura apartment when an intoxicated Diddy came in after ‘violent’ to bang on the door, the court case claims.
Allegedly she hid on the balcony, only for combing to storm at her, grabbed her roughly and grab her breasts while she tried to fight him and tell him to leave, she claimed.
He held her over the edge of the balcony under her arms and lifted her to the handrail, while he shouted, “Do you know what the F *** you did?” Time and again the court case claimed.
Ventura heard the commotion, came out of her closed bedroom and shouted to Diddy to stop. But while Ventura tried to calm him down, Combs Bongolan would have hit the balcony furniture.
Ventura, who went to the witness bank last week, told the violence during her own witness during the Combs process.
Diddy has denied that the incident once took place.
Bongolan’s lawsuit also contained stories she heard while working with Combs, including that he threatened to blow up rapper Kid Cudi’s car after he slept with Ventura.
Her complaint also had a rumor that Diddy previously had ‘the dog of a rival’, although she admitted that she did not know if there was any truth in the story.

This is the second call for a mistrial after Diddy’s defense team tried to claim that the line of interrogation on the destruction of fingerprint certificate with regard to the Molotov cocktail bombing on the car of Kid Cudi implied that Combs could buy its way out of trouble.
Prosecutors had asked the Fire Department of Los Angeles Arsstichting Lance Jimenez if the evidence had been destroyed and who may have authorized its destruction.
“They tried to plan this idea to these jury members that Mr Combs gave this permission,” said lawyer Alexandra Shapiro, people reported.
Judge Arun Subramanian denied the motion to throw away the trial and ruled that the questions had not been detrimental.
The jury was then instructed not to consider the questions about the fingerprints.
A ruling on the new request for a mistrial has yet to be made.
