DJIThe long-term rumed 360 camera can only be a few weeks away from release and it may not be the only action camera that the brand has in store for us this summer.
In a report published today, Chinese website Home claims that the DJI Osmo 360, the first consumer camera of DJI, is launched in July 2025. Apart from that rather vague and seductive rumor, the news item is light on new info – but given that some commentators have speculated that this camera would never see the light of the day, it is something.
However, we have already heard many rumors about the Osmo 360: it was first mentioned in an FCC application in October 2024, with the First leaked shots on the internet in February 2025, followed by a claim that it would use 1/1.3-inch image sensors In March.
And then, earlier this month, apparently dozens of images with the camera design were leaked alongside snaps of his manual, which revealed details such as a 1,950 mAh battery, on board touchscreen and compatibility with the DJI Mimo Mobile app.

If this turns out to be a launch in July, we would certainly welcome another challenger to take it super Insta360 X5.
Apparently with a thoroughly bleeding Gopro Max 2 GoPro’s renewed Max Insta360 only offers our guide for the 2020 Original, Insta360 dominates Dear 360 cameras. A stiffer competition is desperately needed, and that is hopefully on the road according to these new rumors.
And what about the Dji Osmo Nano?
The Osmo 360 is perhaps not the only upcoming camera launch of the summer of DJI. The online rumor mill also speculates about an ultra -compact action camera called the DJI Osmo Nano, after his appearance in two offers with the FCC.
The Osmo Nano seems to be a return to the modular design of the DJI Action 2As a result, small individual components are magnetically attached to each other.
While the small size and the smart design impressed, DJI then left the modular approach, in which he opted for a design in GoPro Hero-style with his more recent Osmo action cameras. The nano can be a return to that approach.
We have also heard that a DJI Osmo Action 6 will be released this year, to replace the Superb Osmo Action 5 As the leading ‘standard’ action camera of the brand. So it seems that DJI is a busy few months for it.
However, one thing we wonder about is whether all (or other) of these cameras will reach the US or not. With reference to uncertainty about the rate situation, DJI has postponed the launch of his new Mavic 4 Pro -Flaggenschip camera -Drone in the United States -could this action camera stand in line for a similar fate until some stability returns? It seems that we don’t have to wait long to find out.
