A spokesperson for William Russell said: ‘South Korea may not have the most international migrants in the world, but when we compare the most recent figures with those from 1990, South Korea has seen a greater change than any other, with an increase in more than 3,800 percent. over the past 30 years.
“Colombia has experienced the second largest spike in expats of all the countries on our list. Considering that this country offers affordable housing and the ability to obtain citizenship within five years, it’s no wonder expats are flocking here.
‘Chile completes our top three. The combination of a low cost of living and high quality of life has made Chile a popular destination for retirees.’
