Doctor Reveals Sneaky ‘Temple’ Mark That All Kardashian Sisters Have Had Filler
REEMS is speculating about the plastic surgery of Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Kendall Jenner are often seen as the ‘natural’ sisters, but one beautician is convinced they’ve invested in injectables. He’s revealed how to spot the dead traitors.
Kim, Khloe and Kylie have all admitted to multiple procedures and treatments, and fans are adamant that they’ve had a lot more done than they’re admitting.
The Kardashian stars are big fans of injectables and have even had fillers and Botox done on camera.
But according to Juvly Aesthetics Founder and CEO Dr. Justin Harper, the other Kardashian-Jenner sisters aren’t completely needle-free, although they’re less open about it.
FANS SEE THE DIFFERENCE
Although often portrayed as the most “natural” of the five sisters, fans have noticed in recent years how different Kourtney and Kendall look.
When fans viewed photos of Kendall at the Stagecoach music festival in April, they thought the star was unrecognizable.
When someone shared photos of the model at the event with paparazzi, Redditone critic called her “Botox face” and another said she looked bloated.
Yet another noted that “the fillers are catching up with her now too.”
“Even if you’re not a professional, our brain knows when something is normal or not,” Dr. Harper told The US Sun.
He shared revealing photos of both sisters’ aesthetic work to show that sometimes “a lot can be a little.”
THE MANY APPLICATIONS OF FILLER
Dr. Harper believes that Kendall and Kourtney both had enough filler injected to maintain a cohesive and natural look.
While fillers are often thought of as an anti-aging agent, they can also be used to balance and slim the face, and to reshape the jawline and lower cheeks.
A dermal filler can be applied to multiple areas of the face at once to create a more balanced and proportional appearance.
TRY THE FINGER WIDTH TRICK
According to Dr. Harper, there is a simple way for even the average person to recognize the filler used to lift the face.
“Look at the Kardashians and look at the width of their temples,” he said.
If you compare recent photos with photos from ten years ago and you put your finger on the temples of the sisters on either side, you will see that the temples of all five sisters are wider.
Fillers are usually injected into the temples. According to Dr. Harper, this is an easy way to tell if someone has had injections.
And they’re not cheap either.
“The cost would easily be tens of thousands of euros each,” added Dr Harper.
KENDALL’S ‘NATURAL WORK’
Kendall has always been open about her commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
In a June 2021 interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, she defended her family and said they did not perpetuate bad beauty ideals.
“We all really like to take care of ourselves and be healthy, so I think we’re really just trying to be the healthiest version of yourself,” she said.
Dr. Harper thinks Kendall definitely had lip fillers.
He also estimated that despite the smallest distance between her temples, she had easily spent $5,000 to $10,000 on each side of her face.
Of all the sisters, he said, she had “the most natural work.”
WHAT KOURTNEY HAS HAD
Kourtney has been candid about her breast augmentation — and her regrets.
“I had my boobs done, but if I could go back I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before,” she told Showbiz Spy in 2011.
“I have become aware that I am made in a certain way and I am considering removing them.”
She also likes expensive fashion from plastic surgeons.
All sisters visit a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills Doctor Jason Diamond for treatments and Kourtney shared a video of herself undergoing platelet-rich plasma microneedling in 2018.
“I take my own blood and put it on my face,” she said.

In January 2022, Kourtney also announced that she had undergone the Le Visage Lift Contour facial procedure, which was intended to lift and contour her face.
AND WHAT THE DOCTOR THINKS SHE DID
Dr. Harper thinks there’s more to it than just facials.
Through his signature trick, he noticed that Kourtney’s head size had changed.
Using his finger as a measuring device, he estimated that there were about 25 to 30 syringes in her face by volume.
“She’s had dozens of filler injections, mostly nasolabial folds. She also has fewer wrinkles now than she did then,” he speculated.
In an earlier exclusive interview with The US Sun, he also suggested that pop music icon Taylor Swift had nasolabial fold fillers.
