Donald Trump’s granddaughter Kai, 17, is making a surprising career move

Donald Trump’s eldest granddaughter Kai has followed in her grandfather’s footsteps and launched her own business.

Kai, the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa, stole the spotlight at the Republican National Convention in July, but could now make waves with her latest career move.

The 17-year-old has joined the world of sports influencers after launching her own YouTube channel.

Kai, an avid golfer like her grandfather who triumphantly pulled off a return to the White House this week, has already uploaded three videos with a variety of content to the platform.

The teen, who is in her freshman year at the Benjamin School, a prestigious $37,000-a-year high school, made her debut with a diary-style video that gave fans a glimpse into a day in her life while she was training . the mall and got glamorous for a Great Gatsby-themed homecoming.

But golf – a passion she shares with the newly elected president – is of course central.

Kai, who committed to college at the University of Miami in August, posted a 40-minute video of her taking on Garrett Clark, a popular golf content creator with his own channel, on the fairways.

The Good Good co-founder and Kai competed against the veteran YouTuber who came out on top by two shots.

Her most recent video took viewers to one of her grandfather’s many golf courses as she played a few holes at sunset in Bedminster, New Jersey – her “favorite course in the world.”

She showed off her golf skills by hitting the driver off the deck and testing out the putter that Bryson DeChambeau used to win the US Open earlier this year.

Still, her most entertaining moments came when she pretended to be the newly elected president and mimicked his hand gestures and dance moves.

Kai has long been tipped to become the Trump dynasty’s most talented golfer – something she now looks set to fulfill.

She won the women’s club championship at her grandfather’s golf course in Palm Beach, Florida, and has played with some of the game’s biggest stars.

And she credited the former president with helping her achieve her collegiate goal when she announced her commitment to the University of Miami.

“I would like to thank my grandfather for giving me access to great courses and great support,” she said.

‘I would also like to thank my entire family for always encouraging and pushing me to be the best person I can be. “I want to thank my friends for always encouraging me,” she continued.

Her foray into golf content doesn’t come as a huge surprise, as she has previously made guest appearances on other channels.

During a video starring with YouTube personality Grant Horvat in July — a week after her grandfather set the internet on fire in a video of his own with Bryson DeChambeau — Kai was asked who often wins the matches between the two and she admitted that although normally they are close, the former president usually crosses the line.

She said, “I watched half of it (the DeChambeau video) because I was working out. It was great. It was crazy.

‘Really, he always gives me my money’s worth. It’s pretty close.

“It’s never really like the game is over and I won on the 15th hole. He wins a lot of the time. I have to say that. I have to get better.’

She also shared the course with her grandfather as a teammate rather than an opponent.

They were part of a Pro-Am team ahead of the controversial LIV golf tournament at Trump’s Doral course in Florida.

Kai starred alongside Uncle Eric Trump, Sergio Garcia, Brooks Koepka and a supporting cast of Secret Service agents.

And the young talent won’t be far from her family — and her grandfather’s golf courses — when she eventually joins the University of Miami golf team on the fairways of The Biltmore, a golf club about ten miles from Trump’s Doral course. in Miami.

Kai’s nearly 260 years of drive and dedication to the sport have led her to earn the Varsity Captain position at Benjamin School, where Tiger Woods’ son, Charlie, also attends.

Kai claims on her Instagram page that she is part of Callaway Next, “the next generation of Callaway Tour Pros.”

Her longest ride would be 275 meters. Only 14 players on the LPGA played longer on average into 2023.

She played with the great DeChambeau, Swedish professional Daniela Holmqvist, two-time world long-distance champion Kyle Berkshire and other promising youngsters.
