So if you’d like to shave a few years off your appearance without spending a lot of money, one woman has shared her simple hack to give yourself a “natural facelift” in just a few minutes.
Anastasia revealed that if you give yourself a facial massage every day, you will notice a ‘real difference’ within two weeks.
To begin the massage, the holistic esthetician recommended using a strong hand to massage your collarbone.

“You should use any cream unless your skin is very dry,” she said.
Then move on to your neck and squeeze your neck bones between your fingers to release any tension.
Next, focus your attention on your scalp and massage it vigorously with both hands, placing one hand on each side of your head.
Once your scalp has been properly massaged, place your thumbs under your chin and vibrate vigorously to clear your lymph nodes.
To remove fine lines or wrinkles, press the 11 lines firmly with your fingers and then slide your fingers across your forehead.
Continue to massage your entire face for a few minutes before applying some moisturizer to your forehead to ensure it is hydrated.
“Do this for two weeks, and the difference will be incredible,” she said.
